Barry is great. He is helpful and prompt with informing me of what I need done and when my car will be ready. With seeing so many new faces at WIN, it helps to have someone like Barry there who remembers Hyundai owners who continue to come back. Thanks Barry!

I came straight home after the service and didn’t go out again until about 6:30. At that time tire pressure and other lights were coming on that weren’t even coming on before I took the car in. When my inspection was reviewed with me, it stated there were no issues. I have to be at work in Orange County at 2 am and I do not feel confident to drive my car. I’m highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
Great attitude since the second I stepped inside, until I left. The best experienced since I've taken my car there.
The advisor was very nice and answer all my questions. He explained everything well.

The wait does tend to be long but the time goes fast and they do have shuttle options. I never mind waiting. Dealerships have a bad reputation in general but this dealership has always been great.
