I think she was amazing at providing service. There is a reason why I drive 15 miles to go to WIN in Carson instead of the dealership instead of the Hyundai dealer 2 miles away, and it’s for the excellent customer service.
My auto was the same as I took it, so I took my car to another dealership service department, don't plan on returning to WIN Hyundai ..
WIN was not able to notice the very obvious mechanical problem.. bad customer service unprofessional..

He made sure I was very comfortable and let me know when my car was almost ready and I really appreciate it.
I was very happy with the service from Kathy. Very helpful and friendly. But ended up buying my one tire that I needed replaced from American Tire. They had a much better price with installation and a guarantee program.
Price was the only difference here.

Ruben was great. He really helped me out in all the mishaps caused by previous events of selling a car not ready for sale ie: broken sensors, overdue oil change etc.

I know I was given an ESTIMATE of time and it's not a guarantee, but going from 4 hours to 6.5 hours was excessive, and my paperwork wasn't ready by the time I arrived.
The service was great. I didn’t have to wait to long for my car and there was coffee and donuts for everyone. What nice service.
She did excellent job. She also arranged loaner as work can not be done in one day.
Service was fine friendly
Made appointment for 7:30, advisor did not put car on expedited express lane as indicated on confirmation email. When I asked if info was on her computer she said no. I showed her email of coupon for $34.95 oil filter she took picture and still charged me $43.00. The wait was horrible at 9:40 she said car would be washed but t would be a while. When I got there at 7;30 I said I had a 10:00 appointment. At 9:30 advisor said there were other cars waiting to be washed and if I had to leave they wouldn’t wash it and they didn’t.
Hector was great. While I'm not sure the root cause of the problem was fixed. The symptom was and service was excellent.
Time will tell.
First drive after bringing it home, I felt resistance, vibration and rough handling. Then brakes began to squeal constantly. I am afraid to drive it back for service, may use a flatbed. I am not at all happy.
