The customer service is awesome. But one of the things the car was brpught in for wasnt even fixed...it says it waa.
I left home soon as they're done with oil change. I left cause I have errand to do.they didn't vacuum my car inspite of waiting for 2 hours and ten10 minutes for a lousy oil change last oil change I found out it was leaking oil I have to bring the car back what a waste of time.if I could do it myself I'd rather do it than going to that dealership I rated them 00000.

Hector what is my service person I explained to him that I was in an accident and needed paint sealant protected reapplied to Mike we talked about that you had set everything up and today when I came to Win Hyundai in Carson I was told he could not be applied and I had to go through insurance which in turn caused me to miss half a day of work I thought that was very unprofessional particularly when today is his day off very dissatisfied and being too
I know I can count on excellent customer service with Barry. He makes the experience of servicing my car a pleasure rather than a chore.

I do have one small complaint. Both of the back taillight felt covers (trunk) were left off. I can figure out how to put back on but that was not cool.

Hector was nice, courteous and explained what I needed for my service other then an oil change. After a delay in getting a part, he provided ya with a Lyft driver so we were able to go to the mall and have lunch. Service was done when promised after the delay; which he informed me of! Great Service!!

Explained in great detail to where I could understand what my card needed in order to run like it was new made me feel real comfortable.I have no problem in the future of taking my car back when needed
