I paid for extended service until 5th/60mi. And was told that my Service only covered 45mi. Yet, in the same Sentence I was also told I didn't have the Warranty. But when I mentioned I had to call Corporate all of a Sudden they found the Warranty for 10yr/100kmiles. I will Never buy another car from you. So my second car was bought from Mercedes were they value their clients.

I said yes but I was a little disappointed to find out at the end that the radiator hoses need to be changed when I brought my car in to have it serviced because that’s the car my daughter uses drive I paid $500 to have maintenance done and you know was a little disappointed that they just didn’t say hey should we replace the hoses because I paid for radiator to be drained and refilled so now what is in 6000 miles I need to replace the hoses so what I have to repay to do another radiator maintenance. I believe in honest work and I never look for anything for free. I think the hoses should have been replaced at the time of maintenance and I was never even asked.

I can't say enough good things about how I am treated at this Dealership. Each experience is very good, I also appreciate how well Barry communicates exactly what they are doing to my vehicle. I'll definitely continue to come here even though I have another dealership closer.
