The car was not ready on time. People were confused and unsure why. Paperwork was not ready either. Person fixing the car gave me wrong information about cost and warranty. Same person was contacting me next day about the car even though I have already picked it up previous evening. Very disorganized.

Hector was responsive and really just a great person to work with in a difficult situation. There were delays from the manufacturer and problems that were uncovered during the process that I was made aware of to adjust my time line so I wasn’t caught off guard.
Barry D. Albino was very welcoming and friendly. As a first timer, I was very nervous, but he made me feel comfortable within seconds. He told me what was best for my car and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He answered my questions before I even asked. That was amazing! Very sweet guy!

Everything was great until I found something when driving. The tire pressure was obviously skipped over for all four tires.
Although it is just a minor mishap, it makes customers assume that service workers are not committed to fulfill to the utmost level.
Amaryllis "Kat" greated very quickly. That's never happened when I visited win. I was happy for that. She was clear and explained everything to me. I enjoy the quick service and complementary car wash. The price for service was good. Overall Kat provided the best service and I'm happy to come back for service and keep buying cars at Win.

I knew the part I needed I knew what was wrong with the vehicle but I was told they would need to inspect it anyway which is fine. I waited 3 hours just to be told that the part I needed which I thought it would be is out of stock. I wish I was told beforehand the part wasn’t in stock so I didn’t wait around 3 hours just to be told I have to come back and wait another 3 hours on a future date. For someone who works a full time job and made time for this it is beyond inconvenient this happened.
