Catherine was my advisor and she’s a very pleasant informative young lady. My car was completed in less time than I expected so I was very happy about that. The lot personnel who returned my car to me was also very kind. I did not get his name.

I had an appointment for an oil change and waited for 3hrs for it to be completed. That’s really unacceptable just for an oil change, yet I was stuck there waiting and was told that no rides were available. Also, I counted 8 people that arrived after me and left before me, without exaggeration. What’s the point of having an appointment?
Spending 5 hours to have the air conditioner compressor replaced on a vehicle with only 46k miles and when I’m driving home to discover that my leather wrapped steering wheel is very scuffed up from the 9-12 o’clock position is not how I expect to be serviced

The multi point inspection paper was in black and white. Not sure what is urgent to fix and what is not. I just replaced the in cabin filter and was told I needed it replaced. I was told the technician only goes off of mileage. I don’t trust now that the facility fully inspected my vehicle. I doubt I will ever return as a customer. I had an appointment and the appointment was 2 hours long. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes.
He was very helpful. All my Questions were answered. In no moment was he rude. I Happy with everything.

Came in early around 730am and an hour later I was told the part wasn’t there. Then I got a call 5 hours later from the salesman and was told it’s been there for two days already, so then I had to go back to have the service done. It was a whole day and gas wasted on an error on the parts department . Also my car had dirt smudges where they fixed the vehicle. Richard (salesmen) and Cathy(service department) handled me with care but it still was an unpleasant visit. Now the part is on the car, but had to gas it up then get it washed and waxed.
