Hector was great! My problem was with Barry. I asked for an update on my car and he said he didn't help me and was busy. Then he ignored me. That really made me never want to come back.

Ruben has been very helpful and has earned my trust taking my car in for servicing. He has been great at communicating the status of my car. He’s always listening and advising what is needed. I’d like to add that Hector has also been helpful whenever Ruben is out, he’s been just as informative. Send my regards to these gentlemen , I do intend to bring my car back for some maintenance work.

Ruben was nothing short of exceptional. He was every knowlwesgebale and helpful keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was convenient for me from helping me with my rental to gettint the service done quicker than the expected time and he even stayed later after his shift to make sure I got my car back the same day. A++++ all the way!

I scheduled an appointment online, a week in advance for the service team To investigate a problem I have been having a with my 2019 Tucson. I was told that all they could do was give my vehicle an oil change. I expressed my concern about the car’s issues but I was told that it wouldn’t get done today disputed having made an appointment the week before. I discussed the issue with my service advisor and he explained that my issue is common amount Tucson models and many people are concerned about the same problem. (Occasionally my Tucson will feel like it’s sputtering while driving on normal road conditions, on the free way and up hill). It feels like the cars will shut down at any moment. The service provider said that the issues I’m experiencing are most likely due to the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). I was unaware that my vehicle had this type of transmission. He also printed me a 4 page description of this exact type of transmission standard on all 2019 Tucson models. One section of the print out said that the car will sometimes overheat when in heavy stop and go traffic. This is very common traffic conditions for California. I was not aware of this information either. I am very concerned about these issues and the safety of my wife and our very young son when we are traveling in this vehicle. I called Corporate Hyundai and they said my vehicle did not have any recalls. However I am often experiencing this problem with my vehicle. A sales rep tried to help me exchange my vehicle the same day but I was unsatisfied with Hyundai’s response. My family and I do not feel comfortable traveling in this vehicle. I will be making a claim to Hyundai about this issue. I would like to come to an agreement where I’m am satisfied in fixing this issue.

all I can say is service was excellent and Ruben Sandoval took very good care of me explained everything perfectly and had alot of patients with me from a scale 1-10 he gets a 10++!Thank u for such good service. I will continue to take my car there because of the service I recieved!
