Time frame and service was great!
Ruben was extremely helpful but time waiting for minor service took wayyy too long. 5 hours total time just sitting around waiting for my vehicle. Thank you though for the service

Took longer than the estimated time given, plus because of my service I was denied the opportunity to be sent home.
The service is very poor, unsatisfactory and inconvenient. At first, he assured that the problem was fixed and done but it was not , so we hv to return back the car the next day. It came out that the mechanic was not able to fix the problem because a part has to be ordered from Korea. It took about 2-1/2 weeks before he advised that the car is ready for pick up. When the car was picked up, they cannot find the car key and the paper works. Has to come back again the next day. I am a customer who is very unsatisfied with the service .
He was very helpful. He even helped me replace some parts for my key.
