Hector is a pleasure to deal with. He has integrity and is reliable. I have dealt with different reps at Win Hyundai service, some are gruff, curt and even unpleasant. Hector is the opposite, he is friendly, respectful and makes you feel comfortable. I appreciate his service and commend him.

The only thing I have a maintenance contract and they wouldn’t except it because they said I went over the mileage and had to pay but on my last visit before this I was over the mileage too but they excepted it and I didn’t have to pay. What’s the difference?

Hector was the best auto dealership service rep I have ever come in contact with. Took care of my needs, answered my questions, and was extremely kind and concerned. He made me feel like he truly cared which is a rare thing when getting service these days.

With the first service, I was so upset because when I saw my car it tells me how this serviceman careless about customers; it looks like someone did who never train about that part. But I call Ruben Sandoval (Service Advisor) and he take care of the service error and help me to fix the car again. It was a well-done service make me satisfied with the service. But still, I am not sure to come back and do my car service; it is tough to trust people working in the service department. So, thank you.
