Brought my car in on friday told me it would be a good idea to go home because this service is going to take a good amount of time. She never offered a shuttle ride home or a loaner car. Later via email was told that she needed to hold my car over the weekend and told me specifically will contact me again on monday. I did not hear from her specifically for an entire week. Even after i emailed her on tues and wed no response at all. I called the hyundai service department and got an apology from the service department head manager. He then told me on Wed very specifically that my car is now top priority and gave me his word that he would contact me the next day. He never did and now Im super frustrated at this point. This is by far the worst service seen. Not a single apology from Tania as well. I only had this car for a year and still have two more years on it but after this experience I am going to be returning this lease 2 years early and now have to pay a fine for returning this car. But in my mind it is still the better choice than ever continuing with Hyundai again.
My car is EXTREMELY DIRTY every time I bring my car for service the techs never cover my seats! Air wasn’t put in my tires and fluid wasn’t topped off!

Ruben was very true to his word about letting me know when my light bulb and replacement rear windshield wiper arm came in and when it did he notified me and asked me if I could come in the same day to get it done I didn't have to make an advanced appointment I got it done the same day I was very excited to have my car all in one piece again and I love it and Ruben was great and making sure that it got done thank you so much for having a great employee for you and of course I will always give you my great business thank you
