Barry is always a pleasure to deal with. He always takes care of us with efficiency and proffesionalism

Service Rep didn't follow through with his statement to speak with the sales manager about a free service . Service manager was called and spoke to me as if I was lying about the conversation I had with sales rep. Service manager didn't respect my privacy and began having a conversation with me in the waiting room with other customers present . I had to ask him if we can go somewhere private to talk . My vehicle was not returned to me in a manner that it was received . My key chain was missing from my keys when asked about it the response I recieved was "it's probably in the car". Second all the settings in the car was changed , I understood for safety the mirrors, steering will and seats. But the heads up replay was moved. I don't understand for the safety of the driver why that was adjusted . All the information that is displayed in the heads up in displayed in the dash . My overall experience with Hyundai and this dealership makes question Hyundai as a brand and their take as an organization on customer service

Fast reliable service

I would have appreciated being contacted about my brake pads needing to be replace before I picked up my car. If I hadn't asked about other items I asked about, I don't think anyone would have told me that they were in the red. Very unsatisfied with the notification system.

Me and my wife buying a new car there on Wednesday 3/4/20 is very amazing the sales man Jim need to be recognized and so does David Aguilar there very Awesome and very helpful sales man all tell u what, if these two guys don’t get recognized and a raise I will not take my business and family there no longer, and I mean that ****! Theses two gentlemen made me and my family feel very comfortable like if we were family, so please take time to let theses gentlemen be knowing and they should get a raise if not I’m gone to other car dealership, Sincerely yours, Ruben and Joann
