Marisol did a great job, and the vehicle was returned to me faster then I could have ever hoped for.
He is always very nice, professional and attentive.
My car was already done and was parked outside. I had to wait for 2hours for the paper work to get done. Something about having to enter “time”. That’s not acceptable, longest wait I’ve ever had in the ten years I’ve been servicing my vehicle at Win Hyundai. Definitely not coming back or ever buying from your dealership ever again. Service seems to have gone downhill.

I'm not happy with the service I have received from your company. I have received the worst treatment that I think I could ever endure. I have tried to call the manager and left several messages regarding the damage my car received while in your care and the promises made to me without full disclosure of all facts. I would never do business with your company and totally understand why your companies Better Business Bureau rating is an "F". That would pretty much explain the poor treatment I received.
Audrey has been my Service Rep since purchasing my vehicle. She is always greets me with a smile, remebers my first and last name. She keeps me posted on my wait time, comes and checks in on me to see if I need anything. Audrey really makes my visits a pleasure verses an errand or another task to complete forbthe day.
I actually look forward to coming to the dealership. The entire staff gets an A+ I refer many if my collegues, family and friends to Winn Hyndai!
