My answer to the question was I satisfied with the service representative, yes with him, as to what the service itself contained,. I was not happy with it considering that thought it should have included changing the air filter as well most services include that.

First of all I'd like my final paperwork that I have waited for since Friday, 11/3/17. I have called for the paperwork for 1/2 hour (while I'm at work). I cannot afford to stay on the phone tracking down my paperwork. The problem with my vehicle was diagnosed on 9/22/17 and I was told the part for my rack and pinion would take 3 days for delivery and I would be contacted to bring the car for repairs. I was never contacted so I called Dwayne on 10/31/17 and he scheduled me for 11/3/17. I told them I would need a shuttle but when I arrived on 11/3/17, no shuttle was available. I waited for the car for a total of 5 hours. Left without the paperwork because everyone was at lunch I assumed and it was going to be another hour wait for the paperwork. Dwayne said he would fax the paperwork if he has to. I told him I would call Monday 11/6/17 to give the fax#. I've been transferred 6 times. I have no more time, I just want my paperwork.

Dwayne did a great job in reassuring me on getting my car fixed and ready for me to drive before my work week started again. He was very charming and had great customer service. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, he was a pleasure to work with.
