Brought my car in for an engine replacement under a recall; when I got my car back the shifter didn’t lock into gear, and had the part replaced the following day and got my car back with the same issue. During the drive home to Huntington Beach, we realized our AC wasn’t getting cold. None of these issues were present when we dropped the car off. Barry has been wonderful, has been helpful, and communicated well with us when issues arose.
