I have bought several cars over the years that have had warranties etc. when I have came into to those for a scheduled oil change I have never paid out of pocket for them while the warranty was still in effect. I purchased my car in march and was scheduled for the service September. It was not explained to me at the time of purchase not when the rep called that there would be a cost out of pocket. Then when I arrived today I was informed that it was going to be &165.00 for the oil change and changing the brake fluid which then was explained has to be done every 20,000 miles. NEVER on my Nissan Xterra nor my chevy camero, chevy p/u have I heard of this. Then I ask for the rear passenger window to be looked st since it rattles when closing the door- was said that it's happens and it will be okay. I also explained that when resently traveling to Idaho when I would brake at 70 miles an hour it would shimmy in the steering and the gentlemen said well due to road around there they can not do 70 miles an hour so they cannot do anything about it. When I did purchase my car they said that I would get a car wash also once a month so when I brought my vehicle in for service I assumed which now I understand it's my mistake that my car would also be washed since it was there for a service and this was not done either I drove all the way from Cornelius out to Oregon city sat for two hours for an oil change and brake fluid change. I really am not satisfied with the experience today

Youre, your service department and staff have always been exceptionally friendly and professional and the work that they do always seems to get done very quickly and you're waiting area is very comfortable and so it's a pleasant experience
