Everything I asked to be done was taken care of. I can't ask for more than that.
I was informed that my car was set up for a car wash. When I was called to pick up, the car was in fact not washed and I could not wait any longer due to traveling back to Eastern Oregon.
It seemed to take quite a while for a oil change and wash. 90 min. that's a bit too long.
As always treated very well. Keegan explained
everything they were going to do,and again when
my car was finished.

Complete, clear, professional communication. Service and cost as promised, and even done earlier than anticipated, which was really nice. I did get a text saying that my car was in the queue to be washed, I believe, and it wasn't washed, but that wasn't really such a big deal because I wasn't expecting that anyway when I brought it in for the service. We made an appointment with 2 weeks in advance. Once we arrived we were told the waiting time was about an hour and a half. While waiting Ng to sign papers another customer arrived without appointment....same waiting time! So what's the point? We have been clients for years. Oil change used to take no more than 30 minutes
On top of that the car wasn't washed as in the past and we needed to reset all the controls.

The oil change was a little longer than promised: One hour and 45 minutes as opposed to one hour. I understand the dealership was busy , but a quick check would be nice.
Service person should come and inform client at agreed upon finish time, rather than a text. I got the text on Saturday PM at 8:45 ????
I went to find my car 15 minutes after agreed upon pu time, then find service rep. Car was ready to go, taking a rest after a nice wash???
We asked for and were told we received a tire rotation and did not. Our scheduled oil change took two hours (without a car wash).
