Took me 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Completely insane. I also got pulse breaking system when I bought my truck. It stopped working and I was told the pulse never came with my car yet I know I had it for the first year. The service in Gladstone is horrible and the manager thinks he’s above everyone.
