I don’t understand why I didn’t get a mirror that matched my car. Instead I got one that had a primer. I don’t know why Nissan doesn’t make mirrors that match their cars. Or maybe they do?

Keegan was great as well as the technician that worked so hard to pin point the issue (who did the ride along). It was a much more satisfying experience then the previous one and everyone there was very helpful! I greatly appreciated the communication and texted updates along the way. Thank you!!

Surrendered leased vehicle to you guys. Was told to wait 10 minutes upon arrival which is acceptable. But once we try to surrender he goes on and on about how he can't help us and making excuses. The entire thing felt rushed and impersonal and honestly wish I had chosen any other Nissan dealer to do this with. I had to direct Kevin on how to just look up,account and verify ID so we could be done with this. It felt as if we weren't valued when we just completed our 3 year lease. Its bad enough how terrible the pain on car is than this. Never again will I entrust Nissan for my business.
