I came in for my oil change, I was fit in, I had asked for my vehicle to be washed as well. When my car was finished the reception tried to charge me for my oil change even though we have a contract that states all our oil changes are rolled in. I told the receptionist this and he seemed agitated. I also walked out to my car and it was not washed. Over all I did not have a good experience and both my husband and I come to **** Hannah
