You offered and sold me tires. I waited an extra 24 hours with my car at your shop. No one called me to tell me that you weren't going to be getting the tires. I was told my service writer was off that day what the heck? And to top it off I was truly disappointed when I picked up my truck after service and you guys haven't washed it. I really thought that was part of getting serviced at your dealership!
