Mr Wilson was great that’s not the problem. I bought new expensive roof rack rails, some of the pieces were chipped and damaged. He checked with the warranty person and the remedy is touch up paint. You don’t pay full price for new parts and get chipped parts that you can touch up. The part is damaged! They said they examined other parts in inventory and they all are damaged due to packaging. I think I got a returned part or something. Wilson also said they should have noted the flaw prior to install which is true, he is correct.
