Everything was excellent as far as Brandon was concerned. But there was no car wash or vacuum service that day. I always look forward to that.

Thank you! You did a great job greeting me this morning and asking all of the necessary questions. Also great checking with me through the day. When I dropped my car off, you asked if I wanted it washed after service as it is included. When I came to pick it up you had already left for the day or were on another task. I went to my car and noticed it hadn’t been washed so I went back in to ask and was told that the car wash was shut down for a sewer issue. I went back to my car and proceeded to leave as another vehicle came out dripping and freshly washed. It’s not about the car wash....it’s about honesty. My receipt also said it had been done. Hope to have better experience in the future.

They said my van would take an hour and 15 mins to do the 15,000 mile maintenance and a car wash. I never got a call when it was ready 2 hours later. I had scheduled the appt ahead of time too. No biggie but kind of a hank to wait so long
