This may not be anyone’s fault. But my low tire pressure warning light came on as I was driving home from the dealership after my car was supposed to have had a tire rotation. I was told that my tires would be checked for nails and stuff when I called to schedule the appointment. I really didn’t want to have to drive my car all the way back over to the dealership after I had just been there. This is the second time in 2 weeks the light has come on.
Crissy was so professional and personable when I brought my Lexus in for its first oil change. I’m so glad I can stay local for my vehicles maintenance needs. She and her team went up and above to make my visit outstanding.

Great service and great employees
We ran into an issue with my car, and he took good care of the problem and me.
Gage was so extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience with my car service. I was very worried about my car and he made sure I knew everything going on every step of the way and even made sure I had a ride home and a ride back to the dealership while my car was out of commission. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful.
I do not have any details about the inspection, no brake percentages, no fluid levels, no updates on my filters, nothing.
My service writer left, and you were all locking up while I waited in the lobby no call, no text to say it was done, no duck in to the lobby to see if I was there. My car was washed and then parked in the sun without drying it so it is now covered in water spots. I have to have it detailed this weekend to fix it.
Had I not noticed it parked out in the parking lot and asked the last person left in service what was happening, I could have been stranded in Kelso with no way to get home.
And to top it off, there are conflicting notes on the one page receipt I did get, so now I have to go somewhere else and get another oil change because you may have put conventional oil in a car that has NEVER had anything but synthetic oil in it.
Me and my beloved RAV4 will never ever come back to **** Hanna Toyota. I will make the drive to Toyota of Portland, just so I can be sure my car is properly cared for.
I can’t think of a worse experience. I was forgotten in your lobby, forgotten. How is that believe in nice treatment. I can’t imagine anything that could make this better. I am just beyond disappointed.
