Keeley was polite and professional and pretty knowledgeable about how things work at service station. Answered any and all questions to the best of her ability and if she didnt have an immediate answer she knew where to go get the answer and got back to me in a timely manner. Definitely all about the customer. 1 to 10 she gets a "10"!!! Thanks again for everything and since your card was attached to my paperwork so I'll be a returning customer.

The invoice did not reflect all woto performed. It stated I declined a couple of the recommended services. I hope it is captured in maintenance history. No more washing cars was a surprise at the end. Hope it would have been shared at the start. Crissy did a great job staying in touch and keeping me updated. Good person for service rep.

Elizabeth was very nice, friendly and professional . While my car was fixed, I went to breakfast at a restaurant nearby. When I was done Elizabeth sent the nicest shuttle driver Wayne to pick me up. Great service at **** Hannah
