My service rep wasn’t there to check me in or check me out, the other woman at the service desk had to help me both times after I was waiting for my rep. When my car was done no one called or notified me, after an hour and a half I decided to drive by and see if my car was close and it was just sitting in the parking lot.

Thrilled with the time they got everything done. I was told to expect three hours and came prepared to wait but it ended up only being about an hour. I felt like a little kid with early school dismissal!

Elizabeth is a rock star! I came it at end of day Wednesday, very last customer. I just signed up for an oil change but had a concern about my back hatch not working properly. She asked her tech to check it out and it was confirmed, yep, definitely needed repair. She assured me she would follow up with me as soon as possible. I received a call right after opening this morning 6/27. She got me right in and i was out the door in just over an hour. She had a delightful personality and was a pleasure to work with. ????
