I am very frustrated with my experience at **** Hannah Toyota. Not so much with Renee but with the first person the I spoke with. First I brought in a coupon for a $34.99 basic oil change from your website. The first person told me that it isn’t for synthetic and I told her I knew that and I didn’t need synthetic. She then told me that because the oil is a synthetic blend the coupon wasn’t valid. I thought that was a poor explanation but I didn’t want to argue and I asked her what the price without coupon would be and she said around $44. I agreed to that and thought that would be that. When Renee called she said I was good to pick up and when I went to pay the bill was $80. Mind you this is for a little 09 Corolla. My Tacoma (that I had serviced there earlier this month) doesn’t even cost that much. Renee even told me I got the coupon rate! I would hate to see what full price is!? I shouldn’t have paid and discussed it further but I was pretty irritated at that point. I don’t blame Renee but I think there was a communication break down from when the car was dropped off and when it was handed down the line. This was really a disappointing experience and will most likely not be coming back.

Not a lot of communication seems to happen at **** hannah. Was scheduled appointments only to show up and tech was off. Me making calls for updates on my vehicle.

Chrissy was very nice, professional and I feel she did a great job. I would definitely have her as my technician again.

Renee was phenomenal. She walked me through each step and wanted to make sure that I understood the process and maintenance that was occurring. She also checked to make sure I made it to my destination and that I was not stranded without a car. She went above and beyond her job.
