I noticed a sign on the door to the garage that said safety glasses were required beyond that point. I also saw absolutely everybody go through that door without their safety glasses on. Makes me think if you don’t follow your own rules are you really taking care of my car right.
After car was complete I received no other comments or information about the other issues on the car I requested to have looked at. Simply handed the keys and was told “ok you are good to go”. Don’t even know if my

Was not notified through the agreed text message to a given phone number to inform us when the car was ready to go or that even though I had an appointment and arrived on time I was told 30 people arrived a head of me and it would be hours for me I called well in advance to have a longer car available and was told the technician ( gary) would call me the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm,I did not get that call. And was told when I arrived that all the liner cars were gone and u would have to rent one I feel that not making an appointment and just simply showed up when I felt like it would have worked to my advantage an to help with those that made their appointment also u feel that I was neglected as far as a loner car goes and you should be responsible for the cost of the rental
