I spent three hours waiting for two tires and an alignment. Plus I left with a cracked windshield which I can only guess happened in the car wash. Don’t even bother contacting me unless your installing a free windshield.

Brandon is one of Hannah’s best customer services representative that I’ve encountered over the past 7 years (no one can beat Sam Berglund of Acura). Brandon goes beyond the call to make sure the customer ‘s needs are met in a timely manner. He is a definite asset to Hannah.

There is a male service guy with a goatee who is always awesome, I didn’t recognize the other guy. The gal who helped us was far from helpful, lacked in customer service, and made a point of talking about my “stripped drain plug” delaying things - the same plug that DickHannah told me the previous oil changes was not an issue...the same drain plug that has only ever been handled by “professionals.” It’s a bummer our service was lackluster today, because I have had excellent experiences with virtually everyone I’ve encountered there aside from the female assistant today. This may or may not leave me inclined to seek service elsewhere in the future, I’m not certain. **** Hannah is a great place...just might need some retraining for certain employees.
