Car wasn't dry. My car is black and water spots can develop and be almost impossible to get out. They were fast though. They got me in and out but the back specifically was not dry.

I never talked to Brandon when I arrived I talked to Tyler as Bra so. Was busy with another customer. Tyler told me I would be called when my car was finished. My appointment was at 2 and I dropped it off well before two I still had not heard anything by 3:45 so I called and got directed to Brandon who told me that my car was finished and lead me to believe it had been completed for awhile was told I thought someone called you I’m sorry was all I was told. When I returned to get my car Tyler helped me again as Brandon was busy all Brandon did was barely acknowledge me by looking back at me and saying hi.
