We called many Toyota dealers and other mechanic shops around the region from Clackamas to Kelso before deciding to take our vehicle to your shop for service. While some other places tried to compete on price, they could not compete on the quality of the positive experience of discussing our questions with Keeley over the phone. It was definitely worth the drive to your place - going right past Vancouver Toyota (and canceling our tentative appointment there along the way) to work with Keeley and your service team. She made us feel welcome and handled everything with easy clarity and professional expertise. We now feel it is worth the time and travel to come to your place for service in the future. We are even seriously considering shopping for our next car at your dealership (when we can afford it!) if our experience this morning is any indication of the kind of treatment we hope to continue to have in the future.
