Jeff was extremely professional and courteous, but my primary concern with the vehicle (dead battery) was not able to be addressed. Facing a long road trip with minimal access to certified Honda Service Departments and having a battery that is obviously weak gives me more than a little trepidation.

I felt the paperwork was so repetitive like they were doing more then what they actually did. Also: service fees listed on top of each service could be given more explanation as I’m inexperience in car maintenance. jeff was polite and did explain the service to me but at home I didn’t know what the top charges included but the other little charges were listed. l would like to y more knowledge. jeff did well and had patience with me.

I received top notch service as soon as I drove into the service bay. My car was moved into the shop and the problem was determined quickly. The shop worked for several hours to clean up the oily mess caused by the defective valve cover gasket. I was provided a very nice loaner car to use while my car was fixed. Thanks again for great service!

Thank you all from the salesman to the service department you all did an excellent job with the care of my vehicle. Only suggestion I can make is it would be nice if they would run the car through the car wash before returning the vehicle. It's always nice to see a clean car after a service. Other than that great job

I appreciated the friendly professional manner in which the issues with my car were carefully explain to me, and laid out an action plan in case there was a repeat of the tire pressure warning system issue. Thank you for training your service personnel so thoroughly.
