When I scheduled my service appointment I was told it would take a couple hours. So I decided to wait in your customer lobby. My appointment wad at 9:45 am. I arrived on time and waited for Austin to assist me. He was very matter of fact when he told me it would more like 2:00 pm. He said that the service center was booked. No apologies no offer of alternate transportation. I had to call my 86 year old mother to come and get me at the last minute. Please do not assign Austin to me. He made me feel like I really didn’t matter since I came in for recall notice.
