I took my car in about 1:30pm for my first oil change/ service. I got a call about 2 hours later that it was ready but they recommended an cabin filter. I called back and someone else told me it was a mistake, and my car wasn't ready nor was the recommendation for my car. I was told I'd get a call soon when mine would be ready. I never got a call. I arrived around 4:45pm, my car was outside with the moon roof open in the rain, and she told me she called me several times. My phone registered her call only once and not after I called. She wasn't sure what the next service would require but did explain it would cost more. Not great service fir a first time, but she did try to be friendly.

I think Tyler serves the public with respect. He goes out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied. He is patient, respectful and kind. He had good eye contact. He makes my experience at Honda very pleasant because he knows how to communicate in American Sign Language (this us helpful for me because Im Deaf. He does not get frustrated with my disability like other people do who have to write communication down on paper for me to read. The service was satisfactory. Thank Tyler again for me.

We had the brakes replaced and they are still squeaking when we break and the vehicle rattles when the breaks are applied at higher speeds.
