From start to finish, everything was handled perfectly. Hannah explained everything to me, quoted pricing and time allotted, and arrange for my Lyft ride. Turns out they finished half hour early and I was so pleased! Thank you for having the high-quality of both Service and Customer Service!

I was there for 3 hours to get a new key and it to be programmed and my extra key to be reprogrammed. It cost me $149 to get it programmed and now I have a new key but it isn’t. I’m extremely frustrated and I called on Monday to talk to Austin and as of today Wednesday still have heard nothing. Still have my broken key where the remote works and the new key that the remote doesn’t. I don’t have another 3 hours to sit around waiting for it to be fixed. I expect a call back from either Austin or a manager

Sorry guys. To break it down......called Monday and talked to Crystal (4pm). She said to bring the car in anytime and we would be in and out (to repair tire with nail). Brought it in just after 10am Tuesday. Was immediately told that the tire could not be repaired and would need replaced, but that you had one in stock, and the quote was $120.00. I was also told that a replace would not be covered under the warranty, only a repair would be covered. I figured $120 was reasonable, or I would have left and went to Les Schwab. After waiting well over an hour I went out to speak to Tiffany. I asked what was taking so long, and she told me there was a car ahead of me and they were waiting for a tire for it (because you didn’t have one in stock), and that my car would be next. I then went out again after waiting two hours and said I wanted to take my car elsewhere. Right then it was going up on the racks. Talked to Austin, who seemed very understanding, so I decided to wait. I had to also cancel another appointment, which was also upsetting. When complete, I was asked what my quote was. I said $120. Austin told me that just the tire was $145, plus markup and labor, so he would knock off the markup and labor. I ended up paying $145. Not happy about any of this experience! Should have given me the tire for free, or at a minimum a couple oil changes. Not a happy Honda customer today, sorry.
