Had an appointment for a recall on a 2013 Accord. Was told worst case scenario was 2 hours. I finally got my car back 4.5 hours later. What's the point of an appointment if you're going to take walk-ins ahead? Terrible business strategy. Will NEVER return to this dealer and it has me questioning buying Honda again. As for the staff, they seemed friendly.
My appointment was lost in your system somehow. It was irritating checking in.. I was told about other services I need and asked to decide, but couldn't find out the price until I got my paperwork when checking out...kinda weird

The server was good but the timeline that I had to wait was pretty long. From 10:30am to after 2pm. This is with a pre schedule appointment. Everyone was very nice even though you guys were busy
