Che has helped me many times. He recalled the details about the elective work I was considering, many months earlier. So when I scheduled the appt to actually do the work, he knew just what to do!
It took 2 1/2 hours to get a simple service done, when I was told over the phone it would be 1 hour.
And apparently it comes with a complimentary car wash and vacuuming the front seat, but the car was still dirty, and nothing was vacuumed.
Jeff went above and beyond my expectations. While my car was in the shop, he made sure he kept in touch with me every day to let me know that things were running smoothly and was always open to answering questions if I had any concerns. I can always count on Jeff to be honest about what needs to be done including the cost that is attached to it. He provides exceptional service.

I didn't appreciate being blackmailed as I was removed from your tires for life program as I do not have the $1500 to have the required services done. Very poor tire program as the required services have NOTHING to do with tires. I'll purchase my future tires at Les Schwab.
My second experience with your service center. Both have been very positive. Lisa put me at ease immediately by laughing at my bad joke. Coffee was good. Vibe was positive. Hard to achieve in a large organization. Well done.
