There is confusion about my car. This email says it is post-delivery. I do not have my car, and do not yet know when it will be ready to be picked up.
My car took 4 days to get approved for cost covered by **** hannah while it was at Ford. I wouldn't blame this on Darren because he was only working the first and last day. Also my vehicle was returned to me with the windows still not working properly and the alignment is still off. Keep in mind I bought it on a Friday from **** hannah Honda , the next day I made an appointment for it to get fixed on a Tuesday and I got it back Friday after owning it 7 days but only having it for 3 .
Che listened and explained really well. I wish every auto experience I've had was as informative and as relaxed as with che. Thank you Che!
Great service, great staff. Parking lot is small an dangerous for the way people flip in there. Not sure what can be done other than have having the car delivered thereby monitoring autos entering information your lot

They said they would do a car wash and detail inside the car, but they did not do it at all and this is the second time. This is very disappointing
