Waited 2.5 hrs for an oil change. No wash, no vacuum! Stupid waste of time!!

Was appreciative that they worked with me and gave me s discount but I had a coupon for $9.95 for brand new car first oil change but was only going to be given a $10 discount which would still be $50:( I disagreed and they gave it to me for $20. Offer coupons that work for all cars!!! Told my car would be washed yet it was not!!! I have tried before to get a car wash and you have to wait an hour or more. You offer this as a benefit yet it's not convient!!! Took a hour to get an oil change with an appointment. Average price for oil change is 60$ dealership I camas only charges $35 no matter the oil.
