Today you went above and beyond in service. I had a flat tire on a two day old tire. I’ve just had major back surgery and am really restricted in mobility. You sent someone to my place of work, changed my tire, left a loaner car for me, and took my car in to have the tire repaired. Then you reversed the motion and brought my car back to me. Thank you so much. All of that was not a normal service for you I know I am so thankful for the service today

Passenger running light in which I was charged for is not workings do not have time to come back in this week or next.
Came in to get a recall done on my 2010 element which did go well and chuck was great. He went above and beyond. My problem is your pricing of the recommended services. 500 bucks for a four cylinder spark plug change is absolutely crazy as well as 400 to replace a vtec solenoid. Both jobs take an hour at most. There’s no wonder people hate taking their cars into a dealership with prices like this.

Very accommodating while I waited with my two daughters. Went above and beyond to help me retrieve my diaper bag from my car while it was being serviced. Helped me herd my toddler while I was getting my infant into the car once the car was ready... was 100% satisfied with her efforts and have already been singing her praises to family and friends today. I originally bought my car from **** Hannah Honda and got all my car services done by them. When I moved away tried to go to other Honda service centers and was very unsatisfied. I will only come to **** Hannah Honda because of the great service I receive from Che. He was able to shorten my estimated 2.5 hour wait time down to 1.5 hours since I was waiting at the dealership. Everyone is very quick to help you and makes this errand more enjoyable.
Lisa was awesome. I love working with her, she even with the extra mile to ma me sure I still got the Tires for Life coverage and made sure my car was done in plenty of time for me to drive back to Eugene today.
