You need to work on the free car wash. It took longer than the actual service I had done. Received a text the service was done and the car was in the queue for a car was. 50 minutes later I asked Cierra if I could just get my car. I can take it thru a car was faster. She actually went to check and ended up washing it herself so I could leave. Kudos to her above and beyond customer service. Disappointed in your car wash service.
