Commute to dealership was difficult because we live very far away. When we got there, I had to call dealership a few times to make sure all service was provided. When we got the car and got home. We found out that Cargo tray was not provided. Robert was nice, but not sure how sales and dealership communicated. It would be good if dealship service and sales team would communicate better instead of having the customer contact them and has to remind them. My wife had to called the dealership service twice and didn’t even get a call back until she had to contact sales team to get a hold of someone. So communication needs to be work on.
