Im happy with the service she provided, and with the ability to get in and out without an appointment, but the car wash provided was horrible. They basically washed just the top half of the car and not the back. 2ns time Ive come for service and the 'free car wash' either wasnt done or was done horribly. Not a great feature to offer if it isnt going to be done right. I travel all the way from Gresham and wont continue to do so with the level of service provided unless absolutely necessary

I have not been overly impressed with Honda’s service department until working with Austin. I highly suggest that you recognize his excellent level of customer service. He is an asset to **** Hannah Honda and should be recognized, and rewarded.

Che was wonderful and very helpful. He took down all that I said and reported it promptly. Unfortunately, once I got home and started my car, the yellow tire light came back on. That means I will need to spend some more time at your service center.

1) my oil change was done EXTRENELY fast! And I really appreciate it that.
2) nobody had time to explan to me what my report meant on my car. If i would of known everything that failed I probably would of replaced it.
3) i knoe this one was out of your control but nobody washed my car. My recommendation would be to have vouchers for free washes or somthing like that.
4) my car had some grease stains in the seat when i got it back which i was not happy about.
