Never offered car wash and it wasn’t washed when picked up. Motor for electric window no longer works. $749 to replace. That is outrageous. Also history of recall on the same electric window in past which was fixed but defect could have caused undue stress on the motor and that is why it went out.
They forgot to pick me up. I called twice. They said the driver is on his way when he is not. The driver promised to pick me up 1 pm. I called 1:30 they said will come to pick me up. Waited until 2:30 pm then they said will send the driver. Lastly another drive picked me at 3:10. I was suppose to be at work 3 pm. I got to my work place 4pm.
This Happens rarely.They Said They Were busy. I forgave them.
