Che went over everything very thoroughly and professionally. I had extra work done and feel good about that - as my priority is a no problem car! I love my 2014 Honda crv!

The service was done in a very timely manner. I have a Toyota that takes forever to get the oil changed when I take it to Vancouver Toyota. So I was pleasantly surprised that they took care of my car quickly. I was also pleased that it was reasonably priced. I can’t say that you guys were as quick as the quick lube places but to have a dealership come close was impressive.
I hope the alarm situation can be resolved.
Chuck thoroughly explained the services and ensures my complete satisfaction with my entire Honda service experience. If I had one minor concern, it would be the misunderstanding of the expected wait time, as I’d initially expected to only have to wait approx 1.5 hours, and my car wasn’t ready for 4 hours.
The Multi point inspection sheet wasn’t filled out. The brakes were not looked at.
We are shopping for another dealer or at least a shop that is reputable.
Most things were great. Che was wonderful to work with. My disappointment stems from the portion of the service that says a ‘car wash and vacuum’ and my car was not vacuumed at all. I realize this is a complementary service, but if it is offered to me I would hope I would receive it.

Told I needed tires and was quoted $700 for them even though the ones currently on the car only had a few thousand miles on them. Chuck went out and remeasured only to find out that they were not needed. Definitely felt **** Hannah was trying to pull a fast one over on a woman. Trying to up-sell when tires were clearly not needed is a scam and bordering on slimy and illegal tactics!!!!! Is this what believing is nice means???????
Michelle was fine. I'm dissatisfied that the mechanics didn't fully perform all of the checks to ensure the car was ready and I had to drive all the way back out there later in the day.
