Keri did an excellent job making sure I was accomodated after an untimely tire blowout nearly derailed my weekend travel plans. She was friendly and efficient, and I was out the door and on my way in a loaner in less than 30 minutes, secure in the knowledge that my car was in good hands while I was gone, and that it would be repaired and waiting for me on my return. Well done ????

Austin took good care of me while my car was in the shop. Super nice and my car was done before the time he told me! Put me in a suv loaner as the shuttle was not running to where I needed to go and made sure I was taken care of since it was snowing!

I was disappointed that my car was not washed and no rainex was applied. Also the sticker indicating when the next service is due was not changed.
