I came in for a 135k oil change on Saturday with Cierra. As part of that service, the tech swapped tires front & rear.
After that, car pulled to the left. I took the car back, and Cierra had the tech swap the driver’s side tires front to back into their original positions. Pulling to the left went away. Cierra said that issue must be linked to the tire or wheel that’s now in the driver's side, rear position. I appreciate her quick response and explanation about what caused the problem and how to solve it. Way to go!
It was a pleasure working with Michele, she was friendly right off the bat and was happy to answer any questions I had. She also honored a original quote I was given on the phone from the previous day even though I had been quoted less than it actually was! Very happy customer and would definitely come back for all my Honda’s needs in the future.
