I am satisfied with my service, which is why I always come back to **** Hannah service department in Vancouver, WA. I purchased my Element 8.5 years ago at this location!! I wonder why I am always charged Wa. sales tax when other business waive it for Oregon customers? Thank you!!

Was not given correct time frame. I'm not upset that it took the time it did. I'm frustrated that I was told one thing and had to wait an extra 45minutes to an hour.

Making the supposition Keri was the female service rep who dealt with me, here’s how it went. The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but... Keri initially told me the service was (approx.) $128.63 for the B1 service on our NEW CR-V we got June of ‘17. I asked for any deals, coupons, etc. since we (my wife and I) stopped receiving mailers in February (Why?). She could not help me with this problem, and then informed me the free monthly carwash was permanently stopped as of today, and no wash was available. Once I came back with a salesman I chatted with about another matter, she was able to suddenly give me a $30 discount with a coupon she produced. So yes, Keri did an acceptable job representing **** Hannah, even though it took a gentle push. This will not stop us (thus far) from buying another new car/truck this year once my injury settlement is finalized. Please let us know once the decision is made as to what **** Hannah as a whole will replace the lifetime monthly carwash with for buying a new car with the total package. Keri said it will most likely be a carwash card, which we assume would be to Kaddy Carwash(?) Keep up the good work! Looking forward to combing through the new inventory and finding a New Truck soon! I was extremely happy with Sean, my service representative, and as far as I can tell completely happy with the quality of the work done. I do love and appreciate being able to come into **** Hannah Honda and know that my car is going to be well cared for. Although it might seem like a small detail, my lack of 100% satisfaction comes from the fact that my car was not washed. It’s one of the small details that actually shows through customer care to me. My car was left on a Thursday afternoon, And I did not pick it up until Saturday afternoon… It was ready late Friday afternoon. I invested $2900 into maintenance and repairs on my car, and to pick it up and have it not have been washed was truly a disappointment. I am in a customer care

Chuck was great, my issue is with scheduling my appt. on two different Occasions was somehow not logged in. I came back on different days. I didn’t get my millage sticker either. On the last two or three occasions I couldn’t get my car washed. I guess I don’t know the routine. Overall everyone was real nice. Chuck was very good.
