The last several times (going back to 2017) that I have come in for routine services like an oil change, it has been recommended that I need other routine services like changing transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and brake fluid. With a very quick and easy check of my own records (that you should also have access to since I always bring my vehicle to you), I can verify that I had these services within the last 12-24 months and less than 15K miles. It has caused me to lose trust in the integrity of your service department. Shouldn’t it be the responsibility of your business to keep track of when these services were last completed before recommending them? It seems as though you are hoping to be able to take advantage of people who don’t keep track of their own maintenance services. That you are recommending unnecessary services with the hope of making more money off of your customers. Very disappointing. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these concerns with someone. I feel that someone forgot to call me when me car was finished because it took so long to get it back and I had to initiate the call. I received a text message that it was done while standing in the shop checking out. I felt that since I was not paying for what I had done that I was a little less important. However everyone was pleasant and I appreciate the help on my car. I don't like the long list of maintenance suggestions only because I can't afford to have them done but still need to drive it.

Unfortunately not this time. Every time I start up my car to drive somewhere a terrible smell enters the cabin. Once the car seems to warm up it’s not as noticeable unless I sit idling for a short time, then I smell again. We are guessing whoever changed our oil and filter spilled oil on the engine somewhere. Hopefully it goes away soon. Shirleen H

Shawn let me know what to expect both in services and changes and it was exactly as he said. The only thing that was not exactly perfect was that he said the car would be done at 12:30, but did not notify me when it was done. I texted Hannah, but no reply, so I came directly to the Service Center and it was finished, as he had told me earlier in the day that it would be.

I didnt appreciate how Allie keeps suggesting that my splash gaurd was damage before we brought my car in.if it was, we would have noticed it driving with a loud noise .so no it wasnt damaged before I dropped my car! When I picked up my car,we barely drove out of the parking lot with the gaurd dragging , how can they not notice it when they parked my car? Becuase no one had mentioned it to me until I saw it..Instead of Allie understanding my frustration.she wanted to add more to the situation and I will not be a returning customer here because of her!
