I had to come back for a second time because they didn't hook something up correctly the first time I came in. Required extra time on my part bringing it for a second time and they kept my car all day. Also asked them to look at my key fob which periodically doesn't work, which they found no problem with. The very next day I went to start muy car and it wouldn't due to it saying my key fob wasn't in car... and it was. It requires me to hit the key fob several times before it registers. How long before I'm stranded because my key fob completly quits? When I responded to text message sent by technician I received no response. I was told he didn't know how to check the messages that the system sends even though the message says you can respond to it. Was asking if they would at least wash my car for the inconvenience of having my car all day, which is something they often offer when I have my car serviced. No wash was offered or done.

Not sure why you dont ask if i want to fix something you found that should be concidered fixing at the time. I was not informed of any problems. I had to come back and have the results explained. And very dissappointed my paperwork was marked as customer declined. I was never asked.

It was good except my car wasn’t vacuumed and washed and I understood that was included. Not a big deal but I was looking forward to that as I was going to be driving an important person in my car. Che was very thorough and great!
