Jeff was extremely attentive, conscientious, and patient. He explained the needs of the car in detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. He was pleasant and professional in all interactions. I hope to be served by him again in the future. He even talked to my dad over the phone to be sure that we were on the same page. Lastly, he was efficient and gracious. Very impressed!

The car was in for 3 items to be attended to. After 2 hours they returned the car to my husband who was there waiting. In reviewing what had been done my husband asked about the 3rd item, which was a surprise to the gal even though it was on the work order. It had been completely overlooked during the 2 hours.
